There are total of 4 Schemes of road improvement works in West Kowloon reclamation areas to be undertaken in this Project. Road works include construction of elevated roads, new carriage, underpass and junction improvement works. ANewR is appointed by HyD to the be independent environmental checker of the Project. ANewR Consulting has been commissioned to undertake regular environmental site audits, and review and verification of EM&A reports and relevant submission under Environmental Permit.
