Project Overview: As the appointed Independent Environmental Checker for the Siu Ho Wan Station and Depot Replanning Works – Advance Construction Works, ANewR Consulting took on the essential task of ensuring compliance with all environmental regulations and standards. Our comprehensive review covered key documents, including the Baseline Monitoring Report (October 2021), Waste Management Plan (December 2021), Construction Noise Mitigation Plan, Construction Works Phasing Schedule, and Monthly Environmental Monitoring and Audit (EM&A) Reports from December 2021 to May 2023. These efforts were integral to adhering to the stringent requirements outlined in the Environmental Permits (EP), Variations of Environmental Permits (VEP), Further Environmental Permits (FEP), and EM&A Manuals, thus safeguarding the project’s environmental integrity.
