We are proud to announce that ANewR has been recognised in the 2023 “Y-Care Corporate Partner and Sports-Friendly Program” by the Chinese YMCA of Hong Kong. This honour celebrates our commitment to sustainable development and the health and well-being of our employees.
The awards ceremony, held on June 28 at The Cityview, highlighted the efforts of over 80 companies in fostering a supportive and healthy work environment. The event’s theme, “Winning with Care – Promoting Workplace Health for Sustainable Development,” underscores the importance of employee well-being in achieving long-term success.
This year, YMCA introduced the upgraded “H-Care Health-Friendly Program,” emphasizing physical, mental, and spiritual health through various initiatives like fitness classes, medical benefits, and psychological support. A survey conducted by YMCA revealed that 86% of employees believe employers should provide health-friendly measures, with many expressing a desire for activities such as yoga and wellness classes.
