ANEWR Consulting Limited is a leading management consultancy firm specializing in environmental assurance, acoustics in action, and digitalization innovation. We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior ESG Consultant to join our team and help drive the growth of our ESG consulting practice.
As a Senior ESG Consultant, you will be responsible for advising our clients on how to incorporate environmental, social, and governance (ESG) considerations into their business practices, and help them achieve their sustainability goals. You will provide strategic guidance, conduct ESG assessments, and develop customized solutions that are tailored to each client’s unique needs.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage ESG consulting engagements for a wide range of clients, including public and private companies, investors, and other stakeholders
- Provide strategic advice and technical guidance on ESG matters, including sustainability reporting, ESG risk management, and sustainable finance
- Develop and implement ESG policies and procedures, and integrate ESG considerations into clients’ operations and decision-making processes
- Conduct ESG assessments and benchmarking, and identify areas for improvement and best practices
- Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders, and ensure project deliverables are completed on time and within budget
- Stay up-to-date on ESG trends, regulations, and reporting frameworks, and provide thought leadership on emerging issues and opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, finance, environmental studies, or related field
- At least 7 years of experience in ESG consulting or related field
- Strong knowledge of ESG reporting frameworks and standards, such as GRI, SASB, TCFD, and SDGs
- Experience in sustainability reporting, ESG risk management, and sustainable finance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop innovative solutions to complex ESG challenges
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients and stakeholders at all levels
- Proven leadership and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Fluent in English, with proficiency in Chinese or other Asian languages a plus.
