Join Our Team as a Green Building Consultant

ANEWR is a leading management consultancy firm specialising in environmental assurance, acoustics in action, and digitalisation innovation. We are looking for a passionate and experienced Green Building Consultant to join our team.

As our Green Building Consultant, you will be responsible for providing specialist consultancy services for developers, architects, planners, building owners, contractors, and operators seeking BEAM Plus Certification in Hong Kong. You will work closely with our team of BEAM professionals to support projects to achieve a higher environmental standard in compliance with relevant credit requirements of BEAM Plus for various types of buildings, including New Buildings, Existing Buildings, and Interiors, etc.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and certifications for green building projects under the BEAM Plus scheme
  • Develop sustainability strategies and solutions for clients seeking to achieve their green building objectives
  • Provide technical guidance and advice on sustainable building practices and technologies
  • Perform on-site inspections and evaluations of buildings to identify areas for improvement
  • Prepare reports and recommendations based on findings and assessments
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of green building trends, technologies, and certification schemes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in environmental engineering, architecture, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in green building consultancy or related field
  • Strong knowledge of green building certification schemes such as BEAM Plus, LEED, and WELL
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients and stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good time management and organisational skills.
